Good to know
When do my points arrive?
As soon as your order is on its way to you. You’ll see them in My Account → Proper Points, along with a history of everything you’ve earned.
What earns points?
Everything you buy on our website while you’re logged in: snap bars, pick & mix boxes, jelly shot pots, shapes, mystery bags and candles. Points are worked out on what you pay for products after any discount. Delivery doesn’t count.
How do I spend them?
Once you’ve got enough, go to My Account → Proper Points and press the swap button. You’ll get a code just for you. If you’ve already got things in your basket, we’ll pop the code straight on; otherwise, type it in at checkout.
Do points or codes run out?
Your points don’t expire while the scheme is running. Reward codes last 12 months from the day you make them, so only swap when you’re ready to shop.
I checked out as a guest. Can I still get points?
Points go to orders placed while you’re logged in, so open an account before your next order. If you’ve just placed an order as a guest, drop us a message with your order number and we’ll see what we can do.
Do market purchases count?
Not yet, sorry. Proper Points are for orders on this website for now.
What if I return something?
If an order is refunded or cancelled, the points it earned come off your balance. The full rules are in our terms & conditions.
